The contentious market of all-electric, affordable automobiles is where the British brand MG is making its foray. The MG EP is the first vehicle in its effort; two hybrid plug-in versions and another electric vehicle (EV) will soon follow. The Bushey Heath Garage in Bushey, Hertfordshire, was where Richard Jackson first picked up the keys to his most recent MG EP Exclusive, which was painted a fashionable vibrant red. Through MG’s 100-strong supplier network, the milestone transfer also heralds the start of MG EP’s client deliveries. MG EP sales have increased to sell 2000 units since it was introduced in the UK in mid-July. Don’t be fooled by its appearance. It has the same appearance as a standard ZS but is extraordinarily entirely electric.

The SUV has roof rails, fog lights, and the MG “infinity chrome grill,” which is a trademark. The MG EP includes bi-function projector headlights and LED daytime running lights, just like the MG HS. The car sports 18-inch alloy wheels that give it a sporty appearance.

Trims and Version (Worldwide):
2022–2023 EP Excite and EP Exclusive are the two trim levels of the MG EP that are currently offered internationally. This year, the Explore trim has been dropped in favor of the other two, which have greater improvements. The Exclusive trim has a satellite navigation system along with a 360-degree parking camera, a digital information cluster, and a blind-spot detection system, while the Excite trim has a ten-inch touchscreen display made compatible with Android Auto and Apple Car place interface giving Bluetooth connectivity as well. This year, the MG EP is also offered in an all-electric variant called the MG ZSEV, giving you access to an emission-free, all-electric vehicle.
